Accessibility

Last updated: 19 September 2026

We want velnasomn.com to be usable by as many people as possible, whatever technology they browse with.

What we aim for

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means readable colour contrast, text alternatives for images, headings and landmarks that make sense to a screen reader, and a site that can be operated with a keyboard alone.

Where we know we fall short

Accessibility is ongoing rather than finished. Some third-party content embedded in the Site is outside our direct control, and we review it as we go.

Tell us

If you meet a barrier anywhere on this site, we want to know. Email purchasing@velnallc.com with the page address and what happened, and we will look into it and reply within 1 business day.

Another way to reach us

If any part of the Site is not accessible to you, we are happy to help you place an order or answer questions by email instead.
