Our 30-day guarantee
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to decide whether it is right for you. If it is not, contact us within that window and we will guide you through the return.
What can be returned
To be eligible, the item must be in the condition you received it, with all accessories and the original packaging. We are happy to accept items that have been tried — that is the point of the guarantee — but we cannot accept items that are damaged, heavily soiled or missing parts.
Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Email purchasing@velnallc.com with your order number and tell us what you would like to do. We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send an item back before contacting us — parcels returned without prior arrangement cannot be processed.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we will notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are normally issued within 5 business days of the return being received; how quickly the money appears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping charges, where they were paid, are not refundable. Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Order cancellation
If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once it has shipped, the return process above applies.
